Delivery & Return Conditions

CV Scoring is a digital service. There is nothing to ship — but you still have clear delivery and refund rights.

Instant digital delivery

Plan allowances, Top Ups and report unlocks are added to your account the moment payment is confirmed by our processor — typically within a few seconds.

Clear validity rules

Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top Up allowances stay valid for 30 days from purchase. Your purchased Application Kit report stays available permanently; unused CV rebuild and other tool allowances expire after 30 days.

14-day refund window

Fully unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Allowances already used to generate an output are non-refundable — that's the digital nature of the service.

Secure payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

1. Nature of the service

CV Scoring is an online digital service provided by Nousphere Labs Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All features are delivered electronically through the website cvscoring.com and its supported apps and extensions.

2. Delivery of your purchase

After a successful payment, the allowances or unlocks corresponding to your purchase (a plan, Top Up or Application Kit) are added to your CV Scoring account automatically. In most cases this happens within seconds. If your purchase is not visible within 30 minutes, contact us at info@nouspherelabs.com with your order reference and we will investigate immediately.

Plan allowances reset each billing cycle. Top Up allowances stay valid for 30 days. Application Kit report access never expires; its unused tool allowances expire after 30 days.

3. Right of withdrawal & refunds

Because CV Scoring is a digital service that starts being delivered instantly, the following refund policy applies:

  • Fully unused purchases: If nothing from a purchased plan period or Top Up has been used, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used purchases: If some allowances have been consumed, the refund is calculated pro-rata on the remaining unused allowances, minus any non-recoverable payment-processor fees.
  • Used allowances: An allowance that has already been used to generate a report, rewritten CV, tailored CV, cover letter, match analysis or any other output is considered fully delivered and is not refundable.
  • Technical issues: If an allowance was deducted but the corresponding output failed to be delivered due to a technical error on our side, the allowance is automatically restored. If it is not, contact support and it will be restored or refunded.

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to info@nouspherelabs.com from the address associated with your account, including:

  • Your order or invoice number
  • The plan, Boost Pack or one-time unlock you purchased
  • A short description of the reason

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

5. Cancellation

Paid plans can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
