1. Nature of Our Services
CVScoring.com provides DIGITAL SERVICES ONLY, including but not limited to:

Resume Builder Tools

Job Matching Services
Cover Letter Generator
Interview Coaching
Salary Estimation Tools
Premium Templates and Resources
All services are delivered electronically through our online platform. No physical products are
shipped, and no tangible goods are provided.
2. Digital Delivery Process
2.1 Immediate Activation
Upon successful completion of your subscription purchase and payment verification, your access
to CVScoring services will be activated IMMEDIATELY. This typically occurs within 1-2
minutes of payment confirmation.
2.2 Email Notification System
Following successful subscription activation, you will receive:
a) Welcome Email: Sent immediately upon activation, containing your account details and
getting started instructions.
b) Service Activation Confirmation: Detailed email outlining your subscription plan,
included features, billing cycle, and expiration date.
c) Access Instructions: Step-by-step guidance on how to access your premium features and
maximize your subscription benefits.
2.3 Dashboard Access
Your subscription package and active services will be visible in your user dashboard under the
"My Account" section. This includes:
Current subscription status and type
Available credits and usage statistics
Access to premium features and tools
Subscription renewal date and billing information

2.4 Service Availability
Once activated, your subscription services are available 24/7 through our online platform. You
may access your account and utilize premium features at any time during your active subscription
period.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are available under the following STRICT CONDITIONS:
a) Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within ONE (1) HOUR of the initial
subscription purchase.
b) No Usage Requirement: No premium features, tools, or services may have been accessed
or utilized during the subscription period.
c) Valid Reason: A legitimate reason for the refund request must be provided (e.g., accidental
purchase, technical issues preventing access).
3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
More than one (1) hour has elapsed since purchase
Any premium feature has been accessed or used
CV analysis has been performed
Resume or cover letter has been generated or downloaded
LinkedIn optimization tool has been utilized
Job matching service has been accessed
User dissatisfaction with service quality or results
Change of mind after using services
Duplicate subscriptions where both have been accessed
3.3 Usage Monitoring
Our system automatically tracks all user interactions with premium features. This includes but is
not limited to:
Login timestamps and session duration
Feature access logs and usage statistics
Document generation and download history
Tool utilization records
API calls and system interactions
Any recorded usage will disqualify a subscription from refund eligibility, regardless of the extent
or duration of use.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must:
1. Submit a written request via email to support@cvscoring.com within one (1) hour of
purchase
2. Include your order number, subscription details, and reason for refund
3. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
4. Confirm that no premium features have been accessed
4.2 Processing Timeline
Eligible refund requests will be processed as follows:
a) Review Period: 1-2 business days for request evaluation and usage verification
b) Approval Notification: Email confirmation within 2-3 business days if approved
c) Refund Processing: 3-7 business days for funds to appear in your original payment method
d) Account Deactivation: Immediate suspension of premium access upon refund approval
5. Payment Method Considerations
5.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide
refunds through alternative payment methods or cash equivalents.
5.2 Processing Fees
For approved refunds, CVScoring will absorb any payment processing fees. However, currency
conversion fees imposed by your financial institution are non-refundable.
5.3 Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods or unused credits. All
refunds, when eligible, are processed as full refunds of the purchased subscription.
6. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
6.1 Service Delivery Problems
If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to purchased services, please contact our
support team immediately. We will:
Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly
Extend subscription periods to compensate for downtime
Provide alternative access methods when possible
Consider refunds only if issues cannot be resolved
6.2 Platform Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance and brief service interruptions do not qualify for refunds. We will provide
advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.
7. Subscription Modifications and Cancellations
7.1 Future Billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does
not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you meet the conditions outlined in
Section 3.
7.2 Upgrade and Downgrade Policies
Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for subscription
modifications, but we may offer account credits for upgrade differences.
