How do I install the Chrome extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "CVScoring", and click "Add to Chrome". The extension will appear in your browser toolbar and you can start using it immediately on job sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
Does the extension work on all job sites?
Our extension works on most major job sites including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, and many others. We continuously add support for new job platforms based on user feedback.
Is the extension free to use?
The extension is free to install and includes basic features. Pro features require a CV Scoring subscription, which gives you unlimited access to all analysis tools.
Can I use the extension offline?
The extension requires an internet connection to analyze job postings and provide real-time insights. However, you can save jobs for later analysis when you're back online.

When will the mobile apps be available?
Our iOS and Android apps are currently in development. We expect to launch them in 2026 Q1. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they become available.
What features will be available on mobile?
The mobile apps will include resume building, CV scoring, job matching, salary estimation, and the ability to save and organize job applications. You'll have access to all the same features as the web platform.
Will my data sync between web and mobile?
Yes, all your data including resumes, job applications, and analysis results will sync seamlessly between the web platform, browser extensions, and mobile apps.

Yes, all our resume templates are designed to be ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatible. They use standard formatting, appropriate fonts, and proper structure to ensure your resume passes through ATS systems.
Can I customize the templates?
Absolutely! Our templates are fully customizable. You can change colors, fonts, sections, and layout to match your preferences and industry requirements.
What formats can I download my resume in?
You can download your resume in PDF and Word (DOCX) formats. PDF is recommended for final submissions, while Word format allows for further editing.

Yes. The Free plan lets you run 3 CV previews and 1 detailed report (Overview only) — no card required — so you can see the tool in action before upgrading. Paid plans unlock the full detailed report, cover letters, career compass and everything else.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we provide customer support via email and live chat. Paid plans also have access to priority support with faster response times.
