3. Data retention
CV files are stored while your account is active. If you request account deletion and choose the 90-day grace option, your CVs are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted; if you choose immediate deletion, they are deleted right away. AI reports, generated documents, chat history and market insights are deleted immediately when your account is deleted. Billing and credit-ledger records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.
4. Data sharing & transfers
- Subprocessors: infrastructure, hosting and analytics providers acting under contract.
- Payment processors: Stripe processes card payments. We never store your full card details on our servers.
- Consultants: legal and technical experts under NDA when needed.
- Recruitment partners: optional and anonymized, only if you have opted in.
- Government requests: only where legally required.

Our services are not directed to users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
