Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental permission to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring the accuracy of your account information.

• No reverse-engineering or distribution of platform software.
• No use for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• No reproduction of content without permission.

By uploading documents, you grant us a license to use them to provide services. You retain full ownership of your data.

All platform content is the property of CVScoring or its licensors and is protected by law.

Subscription plans are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly (every 3 months) or yearly depending on your selection, auto-renew at the end of each cycle and may be cancelled anytime via account settings.

Paid plans include a set number of actions per billing period (for example CV analyses, detailed reports, CV rewrites, tailored CVs, cover letters and career guidance). Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Personalised suggested jobs draw from the Job Match allowance: generating or refreshing suggestions counts as one Job Match, while viewing already-generated suggestions is free. Some plan items are offered on a fair-use basis: they are intended for normal personal job-search use by a single individual. We may apply rate limits, temporarily throttle, or suspend access where usage is automated, resold, shared across multiple people, or otherwise materially exceeds normal individual use. Free accounts receive a limited one-time allowance; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free allowances is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Besides subscriptions, you can buy a one-time Application Kit for the CV you just analysed. It includes permanent access to that report, three ATS reports, three ATS CV rewrites, three Job Match runs, three job-tailored CVs, three cover letters, one skill-gap and training plan, and daily suggested jobs for 30 days. It is a single payment with no renewal. Report access remains permanent; unused tool allowances expire 30 days after purchase. Generated outputs are considered delivered and non-refundable, while fully unused purchases may qualify for a refund under our Delivery & Return Conditions. Technical failures are regenerated at no extra cost, and refunded access may be revoked.

You may cancel anytime. No refunds are provided for partial periods. You can also withdraw consent for certain data uses.

We follow global privacy laws including GDPR and KVKK. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

Any feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

Services are provided "as is" without warranty. CVScoring is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
